By adding Modiltix to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server and stop using its features.2. Description of Service

Features may change, be updated, or removed at any time without notice.3. User Responsibilities
Server owners, admins, and moderators using Modiltix agree that they:
Are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in their server
Will not use Modiltix to break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Will not attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the bot
Will not use the bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
4. Data CollectionTo function properly, Modiltix may store limited server-related data such as:
Server IDs
Channel IDs
Role IDs
User IDs (for moderation logs and settings)
Basic configuration settings
Modiltix does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as passwords, emails, or private messages outside of what is required for moderation logs and bot functionality.
5. Data UsageStored data is used only for:
Running bot features
Saving server settings
Providing moderation logs and tools
Your server’s data is not sold or shared with third parties.6. Service Availability
Modiltix is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee:
100% uptime
That the bot will always be error-free
That all features will always work perfectly
We may update, restart, or temporarily shut down the bot for maintenance at any time.7. Limitation of Liability
The creators of Modiltix are not responsible for:
Any damage caused by misuse of the bot
Server issues caused by incorrect configuration
Moderation actions taken using the bot’s commands
Server staff are fully responsible for how moderation tools are used.8. Termination
We reserve the right to block a server or user from using Modiltix if they:
Abuse or exploit the bot
Use it for harmful or illegal purposes
Violate Discord’s Terms of Service
Servers may remove Modiltix at any time by kicking the bot.9. Changes to These Terms

Modiltix – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Modiltix, a Discord moderation bot, collects, uses, and protects information when used in a Discord server.
By inviting or using Modiltix, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

To operate properly, Modiltix may store limited data related to Discord servers and users.

Server IDs
Channel IDs
Role IDs
User IDs (for moderation logs and punishments)
Message IDs (for logging deleted/edited messages if logging is enabled)
Server configuration settings (prefixes, automod settings, logging channels, etc.)
Modiltix does not collect:
Passwords
Email addresses
Billing information
Personal information outside of Discord IDs and moderation-related data
2. How We Use the Data
The data collected is used strictly for bot functionality, such as:
Running moderation features
Storing server-specific settings
Keeping moderation logs
Preventing abuse and enforcing server rules
Your data is not sold, rented, or traded to third parties.
3. Message Content
If moderation logging features are enabled, Modiltix may temporarily store message content for:
Deleted message logs
Edited message logs
Automoderation enforcement
This information is only accessible to authorized server staff through bot commands and is not used for advertising or profiling.
4. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Data is only kept as long as necessary for the bot to function properly.
5. Data Removal
Server owners can remove most stored data by:
Removing Modiltix from their server
Resetting bot settings (if such a command exists)
Once the bot is removed, related server configuration data may be deleted from our systems after a reasonable period.
6. Third-Party Services
Modiltix operates through Discord’s API. By using Modiltix, you also agree to Discord’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for how Discord handles your data.
7. Children’s Privacy
Modiltix does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone outside of what Discord provides (such as user IDs and message data for moderation). The bot is intended for use within Discord servers and follows Discord’s platform rules.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of Modiltix after updates means you accept the revised policy.
